First European-based Engineering Machinery Service Station of Lovol Unveiled

    On the morning of November 4th, Lovol Montenegro Service Station was officially launched. It is the first independent and professional after-sale service station of Lovol in European market. The station functions as a place of offering after-sale service, spare parts supply, user training and feedback. After the station is up and running, Lovol is able to improve its regional service capability and meet the demand for spare parts and components in Montenegro region. As a result, it can pave the way for business expansion in European market.
    It is learned that Lovol Montenegro Service Station is located in Lopate Valley , the center of Montenegro freeway project. The total area is over 400 square meters, including repair workshop and central spare parts warehouse. It is equipped with enough spare parts and maintenance tools. Meanwhile, two service cars are available in the station. There are two permanent service engineers from Lovol, ready to serve and support clients in need.
    In April this year, Lovol won the bid of China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC)’s Montenegro freeway project and offered 46 Lovol loaders. Montenegro North to South Freeway is the first freeway project launched by Montenegro government. According to the government plan, it is the first freeway to be built but it is also the most difficult one to be built talking from the perspective of technology and construction. The construction area has complicated geographical conditions, with large amount of tunnels, heavy work load and involving high technological difficulties. Lovol has won the popularity and recognition of the constructor and CRBC abroad because of its reliable quality and good overseas service reputation.
    “As our project is in remote mountainous area, what concerns us most is machine failure because if it happens, the schedule will be impacted. The establishment of Lovol After-sale Service Station makes us feel assured.” as a project manager of CRBC Montenegro Subsidiary explained.
    In the following two to three years, Lovol will open independent service spare parts centers based on its overseas sales subsidiaries. The aim is to enhance the service capability of dealers’ service stations. Lovol will set up two large-scale regional spare parts centers to meet the demand for service. A global network reaching all the targeted market can be formed. The network offers machine selling service, after-sale service, spare parts supply, user training and feedback.
