On 18 May, the delivery ceremony of large agricultural machinery to its buyer, Mongolia government was held inside factory of FOTON LOVOL. The Vehicles carrying LOVOL agricultural machines were driven out of the factory and started their way to Mongolia under joint witness of Embassy of Mongolia, leaders of Weifang City and FOTON LOVOL. This is the second order worth RMB 100 million that FOTON LOVOL got ever since its first Sino- Mongolia export order in 2012, contributing substantially to the continuously improving Sino-Mongolia relationship
It is known that with fast economic development of Mongolia, Mongolia government is paying increasing attention to agricultural development and investment and vigorously improving construction of agricultural modernization. In 2012, FOTON LOVOL was awarded the “first” big order in China for agricultural machinery by Mongolia government, involving 8400 Tractors and 8400 agricultural implements. After application for two year, products of FOTON LOVOL won the bidding again in the purchase project of Mongolia government for large agricultural machinery in 2015 due to its good quality, high cost performance ratio, perfect services and good reputation. The order involves 150 large-power Tractors, 60 combined Harvesters and 100 agricultural implements, worth a total value of RMB 100 million.
FOTON LOVOL has built special project team upon getting the order and made careful arrangements in terms of product production, quality control, packing, logistics and shipment to ensure that its products would be delivered to the user under the best status and on schedule.
The reporter noticed that on delivery ceremony in Mongolia, the user serves the Mongolia representative who handed him the key for the agricultural machinery a bowl of milk tea with gratitude to express appreciation to substantial support of Mongolia government to mechanization of agricultural and animal production mechanization. “We have 200 hectares of land mainly planted with wheat, soybean and maize. I bought two Tractors for ploughing and planting in 2012 when Mongolia and FOTON LOVOL first cooperated; in the past two years of application, I found that FOTON LOVOL tractors are strong in power and good in reliability and its supply of after-sales services and spare parts are timely, they are trustworthy and that’s the reason why I bought another two FOTON LOVOL tractors today. The staff made enthusiastic delivery training to me and explained some operation notices patiently, from which I enjoyed consideration services of FOTON LOVOL once again and I’m more than reassured to buy their machines.”, Bafengsaihan, a farmer from Zhaer Ga Leng County of Mongolia, said so.
In addition to delivery of highly qualified ordered products as scheduled, FOTON LOVOL attaches great importance to services and always provides its customers with complete and efficient service parts. For the Mongolia project, FOTON LOVOL has assigned another service team to Mongolia in addition to the original Mongolia after-sales team for local training of users and establishing spare parts warehouse, providing powerful assurance to application of the delivered products.
According to Chang Jiamao, deputy general manager of FOTON LOVOL, FOTON LOVOL will keep reinforcing strategic cooperation with Mongolia government at a deeper level and establish more cooperation projects with Mongolia government, agricultural enterprises and local dealers in terms of technical support, exchange of talents and training in agricultural skills. Besides, together with the national strategy of “One Belt and One Road”, the enterprise will launch more products into the global market to further improve status and influence of agricultural machinery products of China in the global market.
