“Coolest” Sunward Intelligent Excavator to Make its Debut at INTERMAT 2015

On March 4, 2015, Sunward launched another intelligent mini Excavator, the SWE25U crawler hydraulic Excavator. On the morning of March 4, with the witness of Chairman He Qinghua, Deputy Director Zhang Daqing of the Technical Center, Dean Tao Haijun of the Excavator Research Institute, as well as related leaders and colleagues of the manufacturing company and the Quality Management Department, the brand-new SWE25U prototype was brought off line successfully in Plant C. It was then shipped to Europe to make its debut at INTERMAT to be held in April 2015 in France.

Development of SWE25U mini excavator is one of the main events of Sunward in recent two years. The R&D Department, Manufacturing Department, Commercial Department and other departments has made joint efforts in concept and prototype manufacturing of SWE25U. The most popular pragmatism concept in the industrial design field and automobile field is adopted for the novel modeling of the complete machine, and its sleek line and solid surface contributes to a delicate, coordinated and dynamic appearance, meanwhile, it integrates proper ergonomics design, and low-noise and low-vibration functions. Therefore, it is honored as the “coolest” Sunward Intelligent excavator ever. The tailless swing structure design allows it to operate freely even in narrow places. The newly designed cab, seat, control mechanism and electronic display can effectively ease the fatigue of the driver brought about by long-time operation. The complete machine is equipped with YANMAR engine and accurately controlled hydraulic system, which meets the American IV and European III emission standards satisfactorily. As such, it can provide strong power while ensuring safe and stable operation performance.

Sunward will exhibit its brand-new models of SWE08B, SWE10UB, SWE25U and updated models of SWE17B, SWE20B and SWE40U at INTERMAT 2015 in France. Sunward products will show fashionable ideas and elements of machinery equipment to global audience and provide the new generation of customers with equipment of excellent performance and fantastic design.
