CQL Successfully Pilot Built the First Main Reducer Differential Hydraulic D&A Handcart

CQL Product Support Training Team not only takes the responsibilities of training excellent maintenance & repair technician, but is also committed to ease the tiredness of the maintenance & repair technician and improve the service quality. It would rather maintain & repair the four wheel-end reduction than maintain one main reducer differential for the maintenance & repair technicians. How to disassemble and assemble the main reducer differential for a machine fast and safely has been a challenging problem to all maintenance technicians for long.
 

To overcome the difficult problem, CQL trainers from Product Support team collaborated with the suppliers’ technical teams and finally successfully pilot built the first main reducer differential hydraulic D&A handcart after several months’ test and improvement on May 6, 2014.
 

The handcart consists of base, horizontal jack, jack lever, housing retaining bolt, support plate and retaining flange welding component. Different bolt hole spacing of the retaining flange is applied to different models (all B series of machines). The new handcart allows to improve the operation safety with reduced working hour and labor compared with traditional disassemble and assemble approaches. After the original test, only 1/3 operation time is needed to complete the same task of disassemble and assemble.
 

CQL product support team plans to introduce the handcart to the dealers soon, which can ensure the safety of maintenance & repair technicians as well as ease their tiredness and improve the service quality. Meanwhile, the new handcart enables to reduce the service cost of dealer to improve the customers’ satisfactory rate with more professional.
