Before your equipment goes into production，

The equipment should be checked in detail.！

01 Pre-start check

1)Check the engine、Gearbox、Hydraulic tank、Check whether there is leakage in the liquid storage tank of the water tank and other parts，Observe whether there is leakage in the oil-gas-water pipeline.、Whether there is aging phenomenon。

2)Check the liquid level and oil in the liquid storage tank of each part.（Antifreeze、Urine aqueous solution, etc）Oil quality。

3)Check whether the lubricating grease of each part is sufficient.。

4)Check the tension of the track、Tire pressure, etc。

5)Check the cleanliness of the surface of the cylinder rod。

6)Check the fan belt、Generator belt、Rubber damping for belt and key parts of air conditioning Compressor、Whether the seal is aged。

7)Check the status of the air filter dust indicator。

8)Check the fuel tank and oil-water separator，Carry out drainage operation，Until the remaining liquid is pure diesel oil。

9)Check whether the instrument works normally after power transmission，Including water temperature、Oil temperature、Monitoring data of each level gauge and engine、Controller communication status。

02 Check after startup

1)After the device is started（Restart the equipment after preheating when the ambient temperature is low），Observe whether the display of each instrument is normal.，Observe whether the operating parameters are normal.，Is there any alarm information?。

2)Idle operation 5-10 minutes，When the oil temperature rises to 40℃，Slowly operate the working device in situ，Make the lubricating oil of each part fully fill the key part，Cycle the handle for many times，And then put into production。

3)If the equipment is parked for too long，Travel at low speed and operate each work before carrying out load operation、Steering and brake handle for many times，Fully lubricate the equipment，Carry out load operation after confirming that all functions are normal.。
